Fuse.net email problem has been resolved!

The Upbeat Club would like to thank Valerie Kalti for her help in resolving this problem with Cincinnati Bell. It has taken a while but we finally are able to send emails to all fuse.net email addresses. If you do not receive monthly newsletters, check the email address on your CHARMS account or send an email to charms@lakotaeastbands.org to get yourself on the list. Many important emails go out to all members this way. That information is also posted on this website so our hope is that you will receive important announcements from one of these two methods.

Charms Login

The Charms Music Office Assistant is an online system used to manage student and financial information for the Lakota East band program. Charms gives us a single database of student information used in all aspects of our program (director communications, Upbeat Notes emails, other important email notifications/updates, etc.)

Charms offers several valuable features for students and parents:

• Finances. View band camp payments, band fees, band trip payments, and fundraiser earnings in your student account.

• Handouts. View and print Marching Band music & drills, Handbooks, and other important information.

• Student Info. Review and update your student and parent contact information.

Please make sure we have your correct information so you will receive important Charms emails on topics such as band camp, band trips, and band fees.  Staying up to date with the band is a charm with Charms!   Log in TODAY to review and update your student and parent contact information.

HOW DO I LOG INTO CHARMS?

PASSWORD for first time users:
*  Beginning password is the student’s 2 digit graduation year, first letter of last name, last 4 digits of phone number.
Example:   Bob Smith’s graduation year is 2012.  His phone number is 779-9102 so his password would be 12S9102.

*  Once logged in for the first time you can change your password if so desired.

WHERE do I enter my password?

*  After clicking on the charms link, type your password into the ‘student password’ area.  Click enter  & you are now in Charms.
