Chaperones Needed for Upcoming Marching Band Contests

CHAPERONES NEEDED for the Marching Band Contests.
Dates are as follows: Oct. 2, 9, 23, 29, and 30.

Here is Friday, October 1 Thunderhawk marching BAnd Friday Night Schedlue:
5:50 p.m. – Report
6:00 p.m. – Get Dresses
6:20 p.m.- In Theater for Warm-Up
6:50 p.m. – To Main Street (Get Plumed)
7:02 p.m. - Leave for the field
7:12 p.m.- Pre-game begins
7:30 p.m.- Kick-Off
Half-Time will be the “2010 Space Odysey”
Cookies: Field Commanders and Percussion (drumline and pit).
Notes to parents: When you see the band, sit up as high as you can! You’ll be amazed at the formations!
34th Miami Trace Marching Invitation – Information
Sep 28th
This Saturday is the marching competition in Washington Court House, OH. There are 3 documents included which will provide you with instructions and information needed for this contest. You should have also received an email regarding this information. The contest starts at 2pm and The Marching Thunderhawks are to perform at 5:00 pm. The band will be meeting with the host at 4:05 pm and then will be warming up to be at the gate by performance time. Please see the schedule as it is important everyone is on time for the event.
NOTE: Map to Harrison, OH on the website was not correct. It has been updated to the proper address which is 3722 St. Rt. 41NW Washington C.H., OH 43160. We apologize if this has caused any confusion.

You will be dismissed from class at 1:25 (an announcement will be made)
Playing Cadences as the student body enters the gym. Fight Song to kick off the assembly and Fight Song at the end of the assembly.
Friday Night Schedule
Report Time: 5:30 p.m.
Warm-Up: 5:45 p.m. (see the board for warm-up location)
Dress: 6:15 p.m.
LEVY MOBILE: 6:30 ALL SECTION LEADERS WILL PLAY AT THE LEVY MOBILE (near the spectator entrance)
On Main Street in Pre-Game Lines: 6:40 p.m. (get plumes)
Leave For Stadium: 6:53 p.m.
Pre-Game: 7:03 p.m.
Game Time: 7:30 p.m.

Stand Tunes: Hang On Sloopy, Hey Baby, Tag, Eat ‘em Up.
THERE IS A CHANCE OF RAIN. HAVE JEANS AS THE ALTERNATIVE UNIFORM (we would wear hats, parkas, jeans and marching shoes if it rains)
